Q. HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO RENT A CAR FROM YOUR COMPANY ?

A. The driver must be a minimum of 23 years of age and maximum 70 years of age.

Q. WHAT DRIVING LICENCE DO YOU ACCEPT ?

A. The driver(s )must hold a valid E.U or International license for at least one (1) year.
National Driving Licenses issued in US, Russia , Australia, Canada, Israel, are accepted.
Other Driving License are not acceptable.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I HAVE WITH ME WHEN I PICK UP THE CAR ?

A. At the pick up date you must have with you:
a) A valid driving license
b) A valid passport or ID card.

Q. HOW I WILL KNOW THAT MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED OR NOT ?

A. All orders will be confirmed or not by email from a representative of our company within 24 hours after the order received.

Q. HOW WILL I FIND YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO WILL BE WAITING FOR ME ?

A. Our representative will be waiting for you upon arrival at the Αirport Αrrivals Hall Exit Gate 5 and will be holding a banner with your name on it.If you order the car to be delivered at your accommodation,our representative will meet you in front of the reception at the provided date and time of the rental order.

Q. DO I NEED A CREDIT CARD TO RENT A CAR FROM YOU ?

A.  No, there’s no need of a credit card.Payment can be performed upon arrival either by cash or by credit card.

Q. CAN I PICK UP A CAR IN ONE LOCATION AND DROP OFF IN ANOTHER ?

A. Yes, we can collect the car from a different than the pick up location.Extra charge may applied.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR PETROL POLICY ?

A. You must return the car back at the same fuel level as it was given to you otherwise any difference will be charged.
